Second weigh-in, I lost 2 lbs. It kinda sucks. I mean, I ate a little more haphazardly this weekend than maybe I should have, but I stayed within my points for the week, I'm sure. I guess I expected to drop a lot of weight at first, as most people do, and it doesn't seem like that's happening. I got my 5 lb bookmark, though, so woo for that.
I think my pants are feeling looser, though. And, I was chatting with my boss this morning and I mentioned WW, and she told me I looked great. I really doubt that she could see any change, given that 5 lbs on a body as large as mine doesn't really show up, but it was nice of her to say.

Buck up, little camper. Two pounds is great! Just think, if you lose 2 pounds a week, in a year you will have lost 104 pounds! And the weeks will pass, whether you lose weight or not. A year from now you can either be 104 pounds thinner, or you can be just the same and full of regret. (at least that is what I am telling myself)
Keep noticing the little changes. Keep up the good work.
